PRIVACY: Your information is only used to fulfil purchase requests, your enquiries and as required by law.
RETURNS POLICY: A repair, replacement or refund will be offered in the event an item is not as described or does not perform as reasonably expected. There are no returns for change of mind.
POSTAGE: All items are sent through Australia Post using the trackable parcel post service. There is no international delivery service available.  

CONDITION OF ITEMS:Items are a mixture of new and used. 

NEW: Brand new, never used.

AS NEW: May have been on display or in storage for some time - in otherwise new condition but may show signs of previous handling.

EUC Excellent Used Condition: Has been lightly used and shows no signs of wear. Exceptions include books with nameplate, owner's stamp or handwritten name, inscription from a gift-giver or author.

GUC Good Used Condition: Describes an item that shows average signs of wear.

FAIR: Heavier signs of use are visible and still functions as intended.

POOR/FOR PARTS ONLY: An item that is sufficiently damaged or incomplete. E.g. books with torn or missing pages; partially completed projects; devices that have been untested and are sold "as is".
